Build your product operating system
AI tools promise to save time. In practice, their results are often too generic to be truly useful.
This hands-on course teaches you how to build AI workflows designed for real product management work, such as research synthesis, competitive analysis, roadmap planning, and stakeholder communication.
By the end of the course, you’ll have built custom AI workflows for strategy, discovery, delivery, and communication use cases using tools like NotebookLM, Claude Code, Cursor, and MCP.
Integrate this operating system into your internal workflows and become a highly effective Product Manager.

This course builds on a "flipped classroom" model, with 15-20-minute bite-sized knowledge videos to work through by yourself. During our live sessions, we'll focus on discussions and hands-on exercises.
We create a safe space to address the real challenges of PM work. Town halls and breakout sessions help you build trusted relationships with your cohort for honest feedback and coaching.
You'll build genuine relationships with PMs at similar career stages - people who get your challenges. Through the cohort and ongoing community events, you're joining a network that lasts beyond the course.
Waitlist members get first access to enrollment, early-bird pricing (20% off),
and invites to our free lightening sessions starting in November.
