Build your product operating system

AI tools promise to save time. In practice, their results are often too generic to be truly useful.

This hands-on course teaches you how to build AI workflows designed for real product management work, such as research synthesis, competitive analysis, roadmap planning, and stakeholder communication.

By the end of the course, you’ll have built custom AI workflows for strategy, discovery, delivery, and communication use cases using tools like NotebookLM, Claude Code, Cursor, and MCP.

Integrate this operating system into your internal workflows and become a highly effective Product Manager.

What you’ll learn

Every session is hands-on. You'll leave with artifacts, not just notes.

› Build your AI knowledge base

  • Set up a structured context library that makes AI outputs actually useful for your product work
